I’m gonna go ahead and post this here so I’ll have it for inspiration. :)
Goals:
No fast food
No sodas
Limit sugars (I’m a sucker for pastries and chocolate so eliminating it is really not an option at this moment haha.)
Limit my food allergies (They don’t affect me with hives and with shock so it is easy to forget and eat them anyways.)
Get active every day
Basic exercise every day
More intense workout at least 3 times a day.
I can do this guys… I know I can… at least this time.
