I’m gonna go ahead and post this here so I’ll have it for inspiration. :)
- No fast food
- No sodas
- Limit sugars (I’m a sucker for pastries and chocolate so eliminating it is really not an option at this moment haha.)
- Limit my food allergies (They don’t affect me with hives and with shock so it is easy to forget and eat them anyways.)
- Get active every day
- Basic exercise every day
- More intense workout at least 3 times a day.
I can do this guys… I know I can… at least this time.
